Three Month VIP Program
This program will take you through a step-by-step approach to optimize your health and help you thrive. The goal of this program is to work closely with you to tailor a plan for all pillars of health: sleep, stress management, movement, food, hormone optimization, and detoxication.
The program includes:
- Personalized meal plans, food list, and really helping you become the expert on what to eat at home and even when you are out. I will work closely with you to figure out what to eat when.
- Creating a detailed plan to optimize your sleep health where you wake up feeling rested and energized.
- Creating a weekly workout plan that works with your lifestyle and helps you reach your goals.
- Personalized supplementation – what to buy, where to buy, when to take. I will have these delivered to you.
- Work closely with you and/or your assistant to help you stay on track with your health goals when you travel- creating a workout for you to do while you travel, reviewing menu options from restaurants when you travel, helping stock your office/hotel rooms/ with food/snacks/beverages.
