When I do not have time to workout, I do tabata! 

Tabata burns tons of calories in a short amount of time. Some research shows its burns 15 calories per minute. So how do do tabata?!

Four minute workout

➖20 seconds of working out your hardest (maximum) training

➖10 seconds of rest.

➖Repeat 8 times.

What to do for those 20 seconds?! Pick one of the following:

– Burpees

– Mountain climbers

– Jumping jacks

– Squat Jumps

– Push Ups

– Russian Twists

– Crunches
